haha... ah chuan is my rugby coach and he's damn chubby chubby type haha... den the way he talk ar, also damn funny and cute! hahaha...

haha.. cute and cool coach who takes lots of explaining to get wad he has in mind across all the ruggers!! hahaha!!

anyway, i was a lil reluctant to go for training today, but as ususal, once u start, u dun wan to stop! haha... today, din really play very well during the touch game aha... din burn anybody's socks! haha... but our physical con, not bad sia.. we have to sprint 5 laps 50m like not very tiring.. i tot it was 5 sets of 100m!! haha... i will fall flat on the floor... *piak!* i think.. haha!

ok, akira's bowling fren reminded me something!! it's about the gremlin!! ahhhhh!!!!!! hahahaha... ok, pple, stop scribbling stuff about me on da tables le la.. haha.. even no matter how sweet it is or wad... =p cos! got pple who will write something over like, ---> me looking like a gremlin! -_-# haha...
